    Stock came in today, the 2Gb model got sold out today itself...

    Wow.. You got a 50mm f/1.4? Nice lens. :D

    But the DOF in some of these pictures are too shallow for my taste. :think:

    Yup, the sweet spot of 50 1.4 is about f2 -f2.8, if shallow DOF is what you want.

    Yeah, I think so too. I used f/2 to f/2.8 when I took shots of my brother and Jenny during their convocation today. Should get a nice shallow DOF with pretty good bokeh. :D

    I wish it was mine... I borrowed it off someone else for an event shoot that night. Shot mostly 2.5/2.8 - 4.0, pretty good results.

    Now i'm poisoned and need to get one myself. Argh :wall:

    So as I was drooling over it at best buy.com and I noticed it requires usb2.0

    Does that mean I can't use it because my old pc only has the old usb1.0?:?

    You can. But data transfer would be slow (because USB1.0 is slow)
