Sometimes really lazy to o/c, rather watch drama. It's not as if I'll gain much coz still using Radeon 9100.

It's like that, most motherboards will undervolt from what you set in BIOS. Don't worry

that can happen yeah, but on a 30mins scale those tests do finish. If it can finish Superpi32m and not run Prime95 for a few mins, it would definitely fail OCCT.
