Oh, dry style...I prefer mine with a wet marinate (and extreme amounts of black pepper ); more tasty and no need for extra steak sauce Anyway, yeah I know what you mean about people being very particular about how their steaks are done. I used to let my mum cook it but she always ended up overdoing it, so now I do everything myself Personal preference is medium, oven grilled. It offers the best amount of control over how cooked the steak is. Mmmm hungry........ Hey, just a suggestion - why don't you interview Ishtim, then he can interview CS5?
