Hmm I wouldn't want to trouble my friends or relatives.
This is the aftermath of the burning motherboard and graphics card.
This proves that high end motherboard are not anymore reliable than the lower end. Most of the time, you are paying for overpriced components that you are not going to utilize. But at least this one looks nice.
Your overclocking will most likely not going to be any better than cheaper Z97 motherboard. I only wanted Intel LAN and FanXpert 3.
These 2 shots were taken before it blew up.
Woahhh... it really melted right where the 12V pins are on the PCI Express slot and card.
Check out the diagram below.
Yup, that's the only reason why it can create fire like that.
First pic looks great!
Remember her that way...
LOL! I like that thinking. Hopefully I can get a new replacement.
You can always let me know if you want to buy anything from the US and ship it here to SG.
Thanks for the offer! Will let you know if I need your help!

What kind of bad stories? I have dealt with Asus a few times, but so far they are one of the decent ones in MY.

Bummer... I've been checking everyday for good news.
Yeah, bummer indeed. I actually went back to water cooling on the low end system. It is a great setup, just a bit pricy. This is what I wanted before I destroy a working CPU and motherboard.
Did they actually say they won't replace them???
No, that's the problem, they kept telling me they will try. I've waited almost 2 months now.
They may be trying to get it repaired.
They didn't get you an indication of how long more you need to wait?
