Been lyp few weeks ago and those shops are selling WD 1TB GP at 395 ~ 399

 

That's the older 16MB cache 1TB GP, the newer 32MB cache 1TB GP will costs around ~RM430.

 

I don't care either, unless 32MB cache offers some significant improvements over 16MB, which is usually not the case.

Gather about 20 people who want the same model of drive, then call the distributor say you want 20 drives of this model .. for sure they will order.

 

yeah 20 is minimum for a carton for 3.5"...

Nope .. can't get from WD direct, get price quote from Distry lo. Maybe slightly cheaper.
