i seldom consume caffeine.. not even day time. but i usually think abt daily stuff before i sleep. i guess thts wat caused my insomnia
I usually roll on the bed for 15 min at least before sleeping... sometimes I just give up and go watch tv till i get sleepy.. I remember when I was younger that I used to sleep so good.. must be all the responsabilities we have that stress our minds..
If I can't sleep, I'll just listen to my collection JPOP mp3s or watch my car TVCM/ PR Video collection until I get tired. pr0n wouldn't make me sleep (Not that I watch it.). Or, I'll make the temperature of the A/C to the lowest possible setting (And then tuck into two layers of blanket & mink.).
I find myself falling asleep at 4am here regardless of what time I go to bed or what time I woke up. I can wake up at 11am, go to bed at 1am, and still lie there for 3 hours A lot of it is in your head though...in more ways than one. If you have trouble sleeping, you should get out of bed and go do something else, then try again later. Otherwise if you just lay there, your mind will begin to associate that environment with inability to sleep, and it may get worse. Stimulus association...my pet topic in recent months
3 hours only call insomnia? that's called excess energy not spent, i think. Dr AW! mind to clarify a little?
going to the gym helps me sleep MUCH better.. since i'm pretty wasted at night.. but still, i used to sleep better when i was younger
I really like to sleep when it's raining.. it's sound calms me down a lot.. I think that will help ya..
i mean i couldnt sleep for the entire night, only managed to catch a few hours of sleep the following day..

What they say is that if you can't sleep, don't try to force yourself to sleep in bed. It most probably won't work. Best to get out of bed and do something else like read, work, or call your gf/bf. Then once you're tired, go to sleep.
