Hi there and welcome to the ARP. ^^

Should be a prob with the grafx.
Check if it is sitting tight in the slot and if
some may needed additional power is connected correctly.
Got any other card for testing?

    Np, you're welcome. ^^

Well, in addition, you could try to clear CMOS (check out
the booklet for the how-to), maybe some BIOS-setting is
    set somehow "wrong" ...

I think you have to take out the battery and then one of the jumpers and connect the other two pins. That's what I would do, if you can't find out how to reset the BIOS. Just try taking out the battery for a min, and put it back afterwards.

And it sounds like a video card problem to me.

Beep code sounds consistent with a graphics card initialization error. Try getting another graphics card to test your system with, getting the same effect, check if the power supply is giving it enough juice, lastly check the motherboard.

Definitely graphics card problem. Either reseat it again, or the card is dead.
