Lol...   ,i see isee.ooppss....actually all i did was jes did sum stuffs on the sinks and cooling component on the card.it was having much strange behavior last time.also i flashed a OC'ed bios to increase the mem clock from its default 300,which i think its still far from its really top speed.is there any risk in this?other than voiding my warranty tat is, :D .

also, any gud ddr500 ram under rm200??or around tat.am using ddr400 now, cant do oc at 1:1.fsb at 250 jes fine now.

looking forward to tat...

Youp dont have to flash any bios to get higher clocks. What you could use is either RADLINKER : http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=609
    or ATI TOOL: http://atitool.ocfaq.com/

Radlinker is very cool as it allows you to give diffferent settings for different games. ATI Tool is kinda good coz it checks artifacts for you. Both can increase your clock speed. But remember to raise it bit by bit, and stress test with 3dmark or something. Make sure you're not getting artifacts too.

btw, for your ram, maybe you should up the voltage a on the processor and ram (ram not over 2.8v processor, not over .3v of its stock voltage). Start a thread in the overclocking section if you need anything else. ;)

    My bro's pc is at 2.4C @ 3.3Ghz. Mem divider is 5:4 too(I think.... :shifty: )

Is that a typo? 256MB ATI Radeon 9600?

Or do you mean the Radeon 9800 Pro/XT?

Yeah, 9600 256MB is actually lower end than the 9600 Pro/XT.
