Where is my signature?

I do not see signature settings in my control panel. Are signatures only enabled after so many posts?

Also, my homepage link is filled but does not seem to be active.

I'm new here, be easy.

there should be one on User Cp, Edit Option, under Thread Display Options

and one at when you are posting on Miscelanous Options, "show your signature"

and link can be posted after you have more than 5 post counts

 

I have this enabled.

I don't see this. I am posting right now and do not see this option.

And, where do I set my signature?

I see the problem... I do not have an "edit signature" option. It's not there. Must be deactivated due to my low post count.
