which EQ setting do u guys use?

i'm experimenting the EQ thing in foobar...just wanna know what u guys use....

 

depends on the song, but usually the cymbals are not quite right so I boost the freq. starting around 7KHz a few notches

 

My Winamp EQ...
Sounds best for rock/metal and that's all I listen to anyway
