After reading multiple articles on the benefits of making a user account to surf the web more safely I made one howener when I go to shut down both admin and user say 1 program is still running I used task manager and am unable to figure out whats running It gives me a freaky blank page after closing windows What can I do to shut down each program in admin and user could it be a startup like diskeeper dunno HELP
I don't think using a User Account will help much in surfing the Internet safely. I've always used the Admin account and never had any problems. Just make sure you keep Windows updated and have an antivirus software like AVG running in the background. As for your problem, I'm not sure why you are running both Admin and User sessions. If you are just logging in as a User, then you should only be using the User session.
