saving $$ for other hobbies heres the sidepanel after cut still need to file to achieve better results
Pretty good looking cut I must say, dremel? Looks like you make a few slips in the panel. Those are going to be difficult to remove. How are you attaching the window?
Thanks gain experience and skills, I Used A Black And Decker Rotary Tool RTX 1 attachment Normal B&D Cutting Disc used about 10 Discs, took me 2 hour 30 minutes to cut off that side panel window for Precission straight cuts , yea about the few slips, the paint came off, i still havent file the sides of the side panel window and sandpaper.
Will you be repainting the side panel then? I would assume so. Make sure you get those slips really smooth before repainting because they will stick out like a sore thumb when you paint. If they are really deep try using something like jb weld to fill it in, then sandpaper it and paint.
yea i will be repainting it, tomorow need to sand paper first Here they are,Check out The Results it may not be good as perfect, still need to sandpaper the sides took me half an hour to file all the sides nicely,Pictures are better quality now taken with Canon A710 IS  more pics of the side panels
