    However, it looks like your Celeron E1400 was underclocked to 1.8 GHz. Can you confirm that it was running at the proper 2.0 GHz, instead of 1.8 GHz?

    Finally got around to updating the BIOS which allowed me to disable Cool 'n Quiet. My scores didn't really change though.
    I think it has to do with the fact that I'm still rocking some old DDR2.

    That's actually a much better result. It moved your CPU up 6 spots in Pass 1, and 1 spot in Pass 2. Overall, your CPU went up 5 spots. :thumb: :thumb:

    RAM is DDR3 1066 with 7-7-7-20 timings.

    Yeah, the scores do seem very low. I ran this on a fresh install of WS2K8 on new hardware via an RDP session.

    I'll try running from the console and see if I missed something obvious that would kill the performance.
