Well, ZTE is coming up pretty strong behind HTC these days, so I suppose it's worth trying out. It's an Android phone and it's less than US$ 120. Why not?
I don't mean consumer phones per se, but telecommunications in general. It seems HTC's doing pretty badly but ZTE is coming up pretty strongly.

Yeah, Huawei too! Amazing how fast they come along. Seriously, if you said ten years ago that Chinese companies like Huawei and ZTE would become so big, I think everyone would think you are crazy... including the bosses of Huawei and ZTE. LOL!
Yeah, well, not at the moment, but who knows? These guys are really good at "learning" and "copying" technology. They may not innovate as much (but there are exception - look at Huawei's 3G MiFi devices) but they sure can undercut your prices!
