Fireworks on New Year's Day (the Curve, One Utama)

Not really We had the best view though. Two simultaneous fireworks display from two different malls hehehe

 

Could you give me some tips on photographing fireworks?

Chai: where were you? the curve or one utama?

g0tanks: steady tripod, dslr, fast memory card, shoot in either bulb mode or between 2-5 secs. (2 for big bursts of fireworks, 5 for smaller/less) you can also try getting a remote for an even steadier shot. Last but not least, shoot as much as you can, chances are you're bound to get something nice in the end. That's all I can tell you. Am not much of an expert either.

lee_what2004 : well, not really. I got to the spot that I scouted out earlier that evening around 11pm, set up my equipment, shot at 12am and was home within 5minutes after the fireworks. I could see both OU and the Curve
