Hi, CPU-Z tells difrerent RAM timings which are supported by RAM installed.

Currently my setting are at fastest freq and highest RAS/CAS.

FOR GAMING: Is it better to choose lower values?

FOR VIDEO TRANSCODING: Is it better to choose lower values?

    Is NANYA TECHNOLOGY well known?

    Thanks.

For the best performance, choose the HIGHEST frequency with the LOWEST RAS and CAS settings.

Those timing tables are designed to meet the memory module's specifications while offering you a choice of different RAS/CAS settings with their respective clock speeds.

IMHO, if you want to stick to JEDEC values, then just choose the highest clock speed. Forget about RAS/CAS. It won't matter a bit for gaming (which is heavily dependent on the graphics card these days), and high bandwidth helps in video encoding.
