Spotted this car right in the middle of the road in my neighbourhood. There was no driver in the car.. and it turned out to be it rolled down from the hill. The owner must have forgotten to engage the handbrake properly Haha,yes

I think the handbrake was engaged but not tight enough... if it's not engaged, I think the owner will know the moment he got out of the car, or even before.
