Horsehead Nebula (IC434) & Flame Nebula (NGC2024) taken last weekend over two nights. Canon 300D (Digital Rebel, Still kickin' ) 80mm ED APO @ f/7.5 ISO 400 @ 4ºC (40ºF). 6 - 30 minute exposures to total 3 hr. exposure time Stacked, then colorbalanced in Photoshop. FYI: The brightest star is the easternmost star in Orion's belt.

Absolutely, it is widely used to increase signal to noise ratios in digital photos. I have never used it in daytime photos but the principal is the same. There are MANY softwares (free and fee) out there. RotnStack, Registax, Photochop will do it to. I use a software called MaximDL, it's pricey, but there is a free 30 day demo if you want to try it.

You are right There's no dropdown menu. Alternative method is to click on the username and get directed to "view profile" Under contact info, there's a send private message.
