yeah. hate icons on the desktop. but goldfries.. ur start menu is for me i utilise the quick launch bar a lot.. here's the list i use for my work... see so easy and more organised. and since i ussualy do not have 20-30 windows open at once.. so there's still enuf task bar space most of the time
