Man... That picture is so blur the "anomalies" can be ANYTHING! I will have to take it with a BIG pinch of salt.
Life on Mars? Sure, why not! But don't expect it to be something like homosapiens. Maybe things like single celled organisms or something a little bit more complex but nothing like on Earth.
I think the question should be rephrased to... "Do sentient beings exist (or existed) on Mars?" For me, I do believe. And I want to believe. Cause it'll make things very interesting I really hope that they'll find something that depicts extra-terrestrials once existed on Mars. And maybe they discovered hyperspace technology and returned to their homeworld (ala the game Homeworld). lol. Then we discovered hyperspace technology from the archaelogical finds on Mars... Man, I hope I live long enough to see those days!
