    if u guys wanna make the vege all nice and crunch...dont forget to soak it in cold water or ice water for a while before u make the salad....it works...i think

    For a nice big salad get 2 heads of lettuce take the core out and bust it up with by hand (cutting) will make it wilt faster.

    Put it in a huge bowl,

    Add 2-3 cucumbers sliced

    2-4 very large tomatoes chopped up.

    2-3 carrots finely sliced.

    Any other veggies you want chopped or sliced accordingly.

    Toss it all up...

    Top with 8-16 oz (the more the better) grated chedder cheese, and croutons. Get "real" (like the kind you see on my taco's) cheddar cheese! dun skimp here! :hand:

    optional: bacon bit's or Baco's (A good pork free subsitute for bacon bits) , sliced hard boiled eggs. crumbled blue cheese. I like all... :drool: :drool: :drool:

    French dressing go's great with this.. Ranch also... Even blue cheese dressing is good.

    Let each person add the dressing themselves to their own serving. ;)

    A serving should look pretty much like the one in this picture. :drool:

    Oh, that was a good dinner... :whistle:

    Hehehe I just had a idea... :idea:

    You put the huge salad on a big table and just before serving it up, you all could "lo" it up! Like at the chinese new year!!!

    Incidentally, Jocelyn just e-mailed me to tell me that both Hizam and she cannot make it this weekend. :cry:

    Okay, I think we should finalize the number of people who are going to attend the BBQ.

    Everyone who is still considering whether to join in the party or not, please let us know by TOMORROW so that we can prepare enough food for everyone by Saturday.

    Hizam is from Intel Malaysia while Jocelyn is from a PR company working for Intel.
